ORDERING STOCK SECURITY LABELS

The following form contains a list of the basic information needed to process your order for customized stock tamper evident labels. This page can be printed and filled out, or the required information can be included on a company purchase order, email or you can place a phone order.

Shape and logo art work can be submitted by mail, fax or email. Files sent via email are accepted in the following formats: .JPG, .BMP, .TIF, .GIF, .EPS, .AI ver 8, or .CDR ver 7. Additional charges may apply if other formats are submitted. Faxed art work should be 200% larger than finished image. All art is converted to line format for etching.
